Joining the Club, Uniforms & Bowls!
Taster sessions for new bowlers are available from 10:00 to 12:00 on Wednesday mornings! Please contact the Secretary or Match Secretary to arrange a session. Wear flat-soled shoes and comfortable clothing; the club provides the bowls.
Upon becoming a paid member, you can buy club shirts, gilets, and jackets, which are essential for participating in various competitions and matches. You will also need to purchase flat-soled bowling shoes (to protect the green) and eventually your own bowls, which can be bought from reputable shops, online, or from other bowlers changing their bowls.
Club Fees
Visitors are welcome. Rink fees £4 per person.
Non-bowlers’ Associate fee: £15
Bowlers’ Associate fee: £30 + rink fees £2.50
Junior Member: U18 free of charge
Junior Member: U25 £40 (In full time education or training)
New Bowlers’ fee: £30 plus £10 joining fee
(For those with no previous bowling experience)
Full Member: £85
